Tickets & payouts
Sell tickets and memberships through Stripe Connect, keep 95% of what you collect, and reconcile with the payout report.
The model
Outlap is free to use. The only fee is 5% of money collected through Outlap: paid tickets, membership dues and passes. You keep 95%, paid out to your own Stripe account. If you never charge for anything, you never pay Outlap anything.

Connect Stripe

Open your club or track’s payments settings and choose Connect Stripe.

Complete Stripe’s onboarding. Payouts then go directly to your account.

Add paid ticket types when you create an event.
Attendees pay through Outlap at checkout; the event page confirms the ticket and the waiver is signed before booking.
Refunds and disputes
Refunds are issued against an order and are subtracted from your totals. If a card dispute is opened, you can submit evidence from the app, and Stripe decides.
Reconcile
The Track API payout report groups paid orders by event with refunds, the platform fee and an estimated payout:
